      Managers often are terrible. My last manager was an extreme micromanager. Upper management is useless

      Great culture within certain teams, not across the firm.

      Cons

      Poor leadership, strategy and decision making is not this firms strengths. Zero accountability across teams, this is obvious to anyone coming in the door if a mid-level to senior employee. Lots of positive toxicity.
