- barely any mileage payed. you're payed once a month.
- you're not payed for any travel time OR for any free time spent waiting between calls
- they bombard you with phone calls all day long, even if you have clearly stated which days and what times you are available
- you must chase after them to get anything sorted, be it timing or scheduling or anything
- poor communication within the office, they don't know what they are doing half the time and the clients themselves have this same complaint
- they don't care about the carers out on the field. no empathy
