Donaldson is eager to promote internal employees rather than hire outside. In five years, I have seen three engineering technicians (with engineering degrees) promoted to engineer. Donaldson is also very progressive as far as EHS implementation goes

Some individual managers do not fit the company's great safety first, employee development focused culture - there seems to be little drive for frontline managers to treat their employees with respect, and an understanding that they will be protected by HR or their immediate superiors

If you do your job good you get to do other people's jobs too.
Don't try to move up because they will tell you you're not qualified then hire someone off of the street with zero knowledge you have to train.
