Pros
The co-workers are great and super fun and the dogs are great too.
Cons
Where to start. There's three senior managers two are pretty professional but only one them seem to know what they're doing. The third is a trainwreck and two-faced. they take things way to personally, any kind of constructive criticism given they take personally and act like they have been insulted. 90% of the time said manager is up in the office messing around online looking at pictures of animals. State law here requires one person to 15 dogs, Some days there can be up to 70 dogs in a room with only two people in the room with them, forcing us to crate too many of the dogs. More often than not we will have 2 or 3 more out just to ensure equal play time. The evaluations are a joke, most of the time under pressure from management dogs that shouldn't have passed their evaluations are but immediately start fights or get attacked. There has been a lot of problems here in particular with payroll here, hours are cut out of paychecks to save money on payroll and in one instance 6 people who worked thanksgiving were told AFTERWARDS that they didn't get holiday pay and that it was only for Christmas. Another problem is the lack of raises employees were told they would be given raises if they excepted certain positions or worked here after a certain period of time but those raises never show or are reflected in their paychecks. These employees have discussed this problem with management and nothing was fixed
