      Pros

      None. Thats all there is to it. Genuinely a horrible environment. The interview went well, it seemed progressive however outdated and useless offerings meant that most people make no money.

      Cons

      Working within a toxic sales environment with unexperienced managers that don't know how to manage. Any decent talent has since left, all that remains is the bottom of the barrel sales force.

      A great company to work for in a stimulating and interesting field. People are friendly and open and a flat management structure helps get stuff done. The company understands AI and how to get the best from it for their clients.
