The process was friendly and straightforward - there were mainly questions about the EU decision-making process. Interviewer puts you at ease, conversation-like. There are also questions about your interest in working for the company.

First a conversation with your direct boss and an intermediate boss. If they think you could be a good fit they will send you a task, mainly taking minutes from a meeting on the topics you will be in charge of.
