Management: - No experience running a sales office; lost, confused, and absolutely no confidence. - Offers no support or assistance since he is clueless and just sits in his office all day. - Afraid to take ideas to ownership since the last manager got fired for voicing his opinion. Owner: - Changes his mind everyday on what the focus should be. - Has a background in engineering, not sales. Has no idea how to run a sales organization. - His way or no way approach...refuses to listen to others for advice or suggestions. Sales Reps: - Sink or swim office mentality.
