Pros
The company is fantastic in regards to earning potential. If you are willing to dedicate a lot of time and hard work you can move up rather quickly. No degree necessary purely performance based. The owner of the company makes a good effort to offer opportunities such as Bonuses as well as trips for employees. SR management has a great package including a car allowance larger than what most Americans will make in a year. The camaraderie is wonderful. I really enjoyed the people.
Cons
There are few downsides to the job but they are bigger to some than others. The job is very demanding and high stress. Customers can be difficult and a thick skin can be necessary at times. For management the hours can be a bit excessive around 60hrs a week. Vacation is limited as well. No sick days are provided therefore vacation days must be used in their place. The insurance provided is okay but could be better. Even as a manager manual labor is still required IE changing wheels and tires. It can definitely wear on you. For me personally I have back issues so it was challenging.
