Discount Tire Interview Questions

It was a good experience. Three total interviews that encompassed meeting with the hiring manager, technical skills with the team, and behavioral with the team plus close working stakeholders. Interviews were thorough which shows they care about who they hire and that they fit the culture. Unfortunately, I made it to the last two, but they went with an internal team member.

Interview process was straightforward and easy. I applied online and checked in with the manager of the location. I was prompted notifed for interview process. There was no more then one interview for this position.

Very easy and smooth, however they are interested in people who can work over 1 year. Also, I recommend that you fix your resume and organize in a beneficial way. They also like to see volunteer work.

Easy and great people, I loved getting to train and talk to the guys I worked with. They showed me the way of discount tire. So I would definitely recommend this to friends and family

Very informative and was great with its brief interviewing process. I connected well with the manager and pay, benefits, etc. were presented up front. I would recommend this job for anyone wanting to break into the automotive industry.

Fast easy and was hired very fast. I start in a couple days was called back within 24 hours of applying online for this job. Good starting base pay especially for the jobs available around me

Easy process they asked you about yourself and experience if any. They also just want you to be yourself and show them that you are a family oriented person that is willing to work hard

There is 2 interviews one on the phone and on in person, both managers were very kind to me, it took a few more days than expected for them to call me back

I walked in with 2 copies of my resume and asked to speak to the manager. I asked if they were hiring for sales or a job like that. He said yes. We sat in a small office and talked. He was very nice and professional. He seemed nice and the people working there looked happy.

The culture is great. It sometimes can suck but that’s just the nature of it. Other than that sometimes they don’t really seem to care about technicians like all the full timers get parties and stuff like that meanwhile the part timers don’t really get much appreciation
