      Great culture - hard working, friendly, very committed Excellent team / people Highly competitive benefits package, including profit share bonus The product and staff discount

      Cons

      No onsite canteen but plenty of local amenities and a pop up sandwich shop at lunch No gym onsite or in the business park

      Pros

      - Nice people make up 90% of the office - Fun and engaging environment - 9-5:30 that allows for a good work life balance - Wine tastings and free bagels every other Friday!!

      Cons

      - Some people come off a bit rude and self-important, unfortunately you might have to work with these people consistently - More effort needs to be made to train/empower people so that they can keep growing, this is important to keep young people engaged
