Pros
Diono was a lovely family environment, everyone working together with the same goals and achieving them to a high standard. Respect from peers was always abundant when it was earned.
Cons
The 'new' Diono has absolutely no respect for existing employees. Any members of staff who've joined in recent months have no concern about people, management skills are non existent, no respect. This all stems from the way the new CEO seems to work. A lot of good employees and their knowledge have been dismissed leaving a massive knowledge gap with no thought on how to fill this gap and a frankly awful atmosphere to work in. If things don't improve there won't be a Diono! All focus is on new product which is of a lesser quality therefore an increase in customer complaints
