We are constantly striving to improve our processes and communication, particularly during challenging times. To improve transparency and cross-team communications, we’ve introduced tools like V2MOMs (our internal goal setting process), established Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), monthly Town Halls, designated Teams channels, and fun team-building activities across our offices. And we are constantly looking for new ways to connect and support our colleagues!
We also appreciate your feedback on work-life balance and potential for burnout. We encourage our team to utilize the resources available to them, such as flexible working arrangements and employee assistance programs, to help manage their workload and well-being.
We are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace and are glad you've noticed positive changes in representation within leadership.
