Pros

Company is growing at a fast rate so it still feels like a start up. Diligent also provides good benefits such hybrid in office schedules and an annual re-charge week.

Cons

Diligent has always been on the lower paying side and certain departments do not provide much upward mobility. Because of this, Diligent has a bad retention rate.

We appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts! As we rapidly evolve, we’re excited about all the possibilities ahead of us — it’s great to hear that you value the opportunities here too. We’re also pleased that you’re enjoying our competitive benefits like hybrid work options and our annual Recharge Week. However, we’re sorry to hear that you’ve had frustrations around compensation and career opportunities. Supporting our team members and helping them reach their full potential is a priority for us, and we are taking steps to improve clarity around career progression. This includes our bi-yearly promotion and review cycles, our internal goal-setting program, and periodic career talks sharing how some of our colleagues have progressed here. We appreciate your feedback and will use it to continuously improve. If you have any specific ideas on how we can do better, we encourage you to speak with your manager or any member of the ELT. And if you want to explore any specific opportunities that you are interested in, you are welcome to reach out to me or the HR team directly via HR@diligent.com as we would be happy to support you further. Thank you for sharing your review and for your hard work at Diligent. - Avigail Dadone, Chief People Officer

Pros

Decent pay, unlimited PTO and good benefits

Cons

Leadership will tell you want you want to hear to keep you focused on being a BDR instead of helping you get promoted. Majority of AE type roles are not posted internally and do a ton of external hiring instead of promotions.
