Terrible culture amplified by the hires, the only way to grow is to work against one another. You are always monitored. There is no structure or purpose. There is micromanagement. There is favoritism. Pays close to minimum wage.

Bonus and salary increases are given through annual evaluations but come with a significantly higher workload. Positive and collaborative work environment among colleagues. Young and dynamic team.

Excessive micromanagement from senior management. Limited flexibility in leave approval and management. Lack of recognition for actual workload. Disproportionate workload compared to compensation. Very limited remote work opportunities.
