I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Digital Winners in Nov 2025
Interview
The interview was pretty straightforward and lasted about half an hour. The atmosphere was a bit awkward at times. There were two interviewers, an HR Manager and a Team Leader and I felt like they might not have been fully familiar with my CV.
Most of the questions were quite standard, focusing on my background, skills and availability, followed by two more main questions: if I can drive (due to their scheduling needs) and my salary expectations.
When I asked about the benefits and some additional details before giving a salary range, the conversation felt slightly tense, though that may simply have been due to differing expectations.
During the interview, I sometimes felt as though I was guiding the conversation more than expected, even though both interviewers remained professional overall.
They explained the next steps at the end of the meeting, but based on how the discussion went after the salary question, I got the impression that I might not be moving forward.

Interview
The interview process was professional, consisting of five stages, including an exercise with a discussion. Communication with the HR team was excellent, ensuring clarity, engagement, and a structured candidate experience.
The interview included myself the HR Manager and the Team Leader. The HR Manager described the company and its goals. The Team Leader was rude, had not read my CV at all,and jumped to conclusions without any evidence. Second stage included a skill test.
