Dear Anonymous,
First, I want to say thank you very much for the kind words about me personally, and the complements of our business potential, and work and challenges that you enjoyed while employed with us.
I am aware of your feelings about the environment, and some of your previous co-workers. Unfortunately, I wasn’t made aware of your feelings prior to your resignation. We worked with you through some of your medical issues, but you didn’t give me a chance to work on the HR issues you mentioned before leaving. Since your departure many things have changed, and I can say with confidence I think you would find the changes positive. I hope you have found success in your new venture, you were a very bright employee. I truly wish you the best.
To any potential new candidate that might be considering employment with Digital Technology Partners, I want to share some of my personal beliefs as the owner of the company. Our company is great, because of the employees that work within it. I feel life is too short for micromanagement, and undue stress. I believe in my people, and hire them to do the job they were hired to do. If you perform, you will be asked very few questions. If you are not performing, we will see what we can do to help. We try to make everyone successful. Open communication is key, and that is all I ask from anyone.
Sincerely,
Jonathan Kendrick
