      Pros

      Offers attractive salaries, enough budgets to invest in systems and technology, people feel rewarded

      Cons

      Lack of onboarding process, a lot of micromanagement and finger pointing, most of the departments suffer of lack of clear processes and trainings which leads to chaos, delays, frustration and over load.

      Pros

      Medical and other Insurance Benefits are ok.

      Cons

      Unlimited PTO Concept is just cheating people and put more control with the supervisor. People have to take time off at the mercy of the supervisor. The salary is not as per market rate. Also the work environment is very toxic and there is no professionalism. I don't recommend it to anyone.
