      Initially, you will be impressed with the general appeal and story of the company. You'll have great people to work alongside with and it will feel really good. Until...

      Cons

      Management is seriously one of the worst I've seen. They use extreme bullying tactics and very dirty politics to keep their employees in line. They will literally do everything in their power to keep you in the same position with very little room for growth. Recent layoffs have crippled several teams forcing the remaining members to slave away day and night to try to catch up on all the outstanding work. All upper management looks at is their numbers with no regard to the well being of their employees who are the heart and soul of the company.

      Good salary. Decent offices and work environments. Expansion and profitability of business means that there is good cash flow to compensate employees, though many leave to better cultured organisations.

      Cons

      Toxic political culture. Huge back stabbing and showmanship. Little room for individuality. Very clique oriented. Organisation moving from a real estate to a technology solutions company.
