Employees are loyal to the company's brand. Everyone is ready to rally (when there's a leader to lead them).
Cons
Executive team is largely disconnected with the work force; many executives (including HR) are fearful to step up to make the hard decisions. Company is financially strong, however it operates pretty as a startup; antiquated procedures, outdated and disarrayed. Leaders lacking the backbone to stand up and defend their team - lacking integrity.
