The recent culture improvements come across as phony when you have several, political silos that are gunning for control over various functions within the organization. There are pockets of great employees from former organizations, but the legacy Digital mindset is very much so still present, delaying any real progress. In the States, HR plays favorites and sadly cannot be trusted. Overall, it's tough to trust anyone as the political environment is just too toxic. To survive, you must unplug and go with the flow or join a faction within the organization and play games at the expense of your team members. Super stars are not encouraged here, rather their shine dulls quickly in this combative environment.
