I've been working with DRA since January 2023. I first started as a contractor and worked my way up to Full-Time. You will be immediately rewarded if you work hard and show dedication to DRA. Everyone has been very welcoming and friendly. They support a strong work-life balance and are always very understanding about schedules and are flexible and work with you to make it work for both parties. They are a great company, and I refer many of my friends or past coworkers to work here.

Communication could be better, I sometimes feel a little in the dark but upper management does their best to share what they can, when they can.

good salary, unlimited PTO (although you don’t really feel like you can take it)

where to even begin - the company runs based on the success of 1 singular enterprise client, and even if you’re not involved on the account, your job ultimately lies in the hand of their budgets. favoritism is extremely prevalent and if you’re not a favorite, consider yourself laid off (with minimal severance) the minute that 1 enterprise client reduces their budgets. but then weeks later, they start hiring new people to fill your spot. management and your colleagues don’t give a damn about their people - once you’re laid off and jobless, the people you worked with daily don’t even have the decency to reach out and check in. i truly could not recommend this agency any less. some of the most immature and unprofessional people i’ve ever worked with - save yourself the headache and take your talent literally anywhere else
