I was cautious going into the interview because it seems like the majority of their current employees have been there under a year or 11 years. This signaled turnover/instability to me, so I went into it with that in mind. The person interviewing me for a Project Manager position had only been there a couple of months and didn't have a Project Management background. The position's max salary was still below market. The interviewer was friendly, but did seem green. On the Indeed application, it asks you if you are willing to work overtime, but their values say they discourage that, so I asked about it. She said no, there is not overtime; however, my rejection notification came at 9pm on a Friday night. They didn't even send an email, it was an automated message from Indeed when you hit the reject button, hah.
