Pros
There are many superstars in the company. If you are curious enough to find out what other teams are working on, you can always reach out to them - and most times, they are always happy to share. I've worked under our CEO and he has always given me good advice on how to achieve my targets. All in all, this company makes you feel included and treats you like family.
Cons
Couple of restructures over the years, but that's pretty normal for any business that has a different strategy for profit growth. Compensation could be better, though I do see the creation of new programs to help employees get higher salaries.
