      - If you're willing to learn and put the hours in, you'll learn a lot about database marketing - Lack of red tape - Generally friendly colleges - Market leaders in their field

      Cons

      - No recognition for hard work - Low pay - Bonus denied due to issues outside your control - Lack of processes in general - Many employees can only converse in Chinese and struggle to speak English - Employees are generally disengaged from their work
