Pros
Open work environment, but that is also a negative.
Cons
Project management does not consider staffing resources. They make project schedules just based on the work that comes in and what the client wants for time constraints. They have deadlines everyday, twice a day. Lots of overtime is required because management doesn't recognize what resources are available. Often 12 - 14 hour days. Partners get angry and explosive. Their reactions are surprising and at one time scary. It is an employee revolving door. Can't keep a mechanical department head because upper management won't accept the problems they have. Chris Larson is not the CEO. He sold the company to the few that are running it now.
