      Complete autonomy, fast paced environment, open to entry level employees, substantial workload

      No training program, hectic atmosphere, lack of management/support, rotating door of hiring and firing, understaffed

      Pros

      Open work environment, but that is also a negative.

      Cons

      Project management does not consider staffing resources. They make project schedules just based on the work that comes in and what the client wants for time constraints. They have deadlines everyday, twice a day. Lots of overtime is required because management doesn't recognize what resources are available. Often 12 - 14 hour days. Partners get angry and explosive. Their reactions are surprising and at one time scary. It is an employee revolving door. Can't keep a mechanical department head because upper management won't accept the problems they have. Chris Larson is not the CEO. He sold the company to the few that are running it now.

      Lots of great and friendly people work here.

      Cons

      The CEO yells all the time, at everyone. Does not care about his people only the bottom line. Do your own research before coming here. The CBO has ran people off and brags about it. He makes "jokes" about his employees in a negative way behind their backs. Stay away from this company.
