Pros
Delivery Hero managed to hire some really smart people in their glory days. Many have left but some are remaining. The salary is great. There are quite some travelling opportunities too.
Cons
Delivery Hero is essentially a roll-up of local delivery companies, which are then migrated to a central platform. This makes the company slow to execute. On a macro-level, DH is STILL not able to be profitable, which makes me question the fundamental business model
