      Pros

      Those who work hard are rewarded with career advancement. Very diverse group within the work environment.

      Cons

      Employees who struggle with English get no chance for advancement but no assistance to improve. Many of these employees have families to take care of after work and can not afford classes. Frequent management changes.

      Terrible hours and management From the district managers to the general managers, very unprofessional and there’s a reason why their buisness is dying .
