Pros

The people that are still working in the contact centre are great.

Cons

The business launched a new system nearly 12 months ago that is still full of bugs, for which the acting CEO explicitly apologised for launching. There are members in important roles such as executive roles (as well as others) that are untrustworthy and do not have people's best interests at heart. There are power hungry bullies in these roles who do not care about the people within the business at all.

Management adds lots of pressure, crazy clock watching and really low pay
