- The CEO and Senior Managers provide weak leadership. - The salary starts with a lowball for those with good experience. - Remember when your word was your bond? No more. Beware of the CEO promising you a job by talking salary, travel allowance and a start date. He could pull the deal in a heartbeat. It's called being untrustworthy.

Pros

• Gained hands-on experience with Cerner EHR • Opportunity to work on projects at Walter Reed • Valuable exposure to healthcare IT and government contracting environments

Cons

• Poor leadership and lack of structured training; had to figure out most tasks independently • I don’t think leadership has any idea what’s going on and little accountability for underperforming team members as in many never showed up for work for months at a time and nothing happened and leadership does not seem to notice or care. • Low collaboration across teams, minimal direction from leadership • Layoffs and contract changes communicated poorly, with little transparency around performance or job security
