You can meet similar minded sportsmen/women. Potentially opportunity to transfer your Job overseas to another of the world wide stores. Staff discount after 2 month preliminary period.
Cons
1) toxic team environment. 2) maximum work for minimum wage. Very little training / shadowing and then penalised for not knowing what you’re doing. 3) has the same single terrible store music on repeat which the follows you into the staff room. Had to eat in my car. 4) treated distain for taking sick leave (even for covid). 5) constantly understaffed & you are expected to pick up the slack for this. 6) 0 support as a student for needing to prioritise classes. 7)say they prioritise time needed for your sport - what they mean is run / cycle to work. The list goes on and on….
