Do not trust their salary structure - RETAIL SUPPLIER Decathlon Employee Review

Salary structure is made confusing and u will never get most of the benefits mentioned in the package. Too much of politics inside the company and there is definitely a lack of direction. They do not even have a good ERP package to work on.
