Pros
You can make a lot of money here but you have to put in the time and energy. Some people here complain that they aren't making enough but they show up for only the required hours and don't spend much time on the phone. Others get there early every day and spend every minute on the phone and make good money.
Cons
There can be some rules that don't make too much sense to you and you will have to explain them to your customers in a way that doesn't make you look like an idiot.
