Pros

No rules, no call script. You can be yourself and it's a pretty fun work environment as long as gun sales are good. If you can get through the first 18 months off peanuts and chicken scratch you can make good money.

Cons

High stress, long hours and zero recognition. Typical call center job where you need to fix one thing and after that they find something else you need to fix. As long as business is good, the microscope gets put away. There is a very high turnover here for a reason. Also very cutthroat within the employees due to competitive sales.
