Pros

Generous vacation policy. Colleagues are collaborative and easy to work with — day-to-day relationships are one of the strongest aspects of working here.

Cons

Employees outside Europe are hired under consulting contracts, which means significantly fewer legal protections than their European counterparts. Termination can happen without notice or explanation. My main concern is not the termination itself, but what followed: three weeks later, I have still not been paid for outstanding expenses, unused vacation, or my final month of work. HR has been completely unresponsive since my last day, with no communication about timelines or amounts owed. There are also very limited career development opportunities for people based outside Denmark. Growth paths seem to exist primarily at headquarters. The company presents well externally, but the experience for non-European employees can be very different from what the brand suggests. If you are considering a role outside the EU, make sure to understand your contract terms carefully before accepting.
