We recognize that your experience did not meet your expectations, and while we respectfully disagree with many of the points raised, we value the feedback. At DaBella, we are committed to growing from all experiences, past and present, and we wish you the best in your future endeavors.
We care deeply about our people and the culture we strive to build. That is why We Lead with intention, We Care by listening and taking accountability, and We Grow by investing in our team members’ personal and professional development. One way we do this is by encouraging the reading of John Maxwell’s leadership books. This is not meant to add pressure, but rather to offer tools that enrich each individual's mindset, help build stronger communication skills, and support both personal growth and career advancement. Our goal is to help employees develop a structured and intentional approach to growth, whether their path continues at DaBella or takes them in a different direction.
We also want to clarify that we actively encourage communication, collaboration, and camaraderie among team members. Building morale and creating a supportive environment is a core part of our culture. We believe in sharing knowledge, learning from one another, and offering tips and guidance that help our teams face challenges and succeed in their roles. Collaboration is something we strive to nurture, not discourage.
Additionally, we welcome feedback and value ideas that contribute to improving processes and working more effectively as a team. When someone identifies a process gap or suggests a better approach, our intent is always to listen and explore how those insights can be used to improve our operations. Input from team members plays a key role in shaping how we evolve.
Regarding structure and support, we acknowledge there is always room to improve. As we expand, we are actively working to enhance our onboarding, training, and operational systems so that every team member feels set up for success. Our focus is on creating a work environment that values consistency, clear communication, and mutual respect.
