Interesting product. Positive work environment. Good upper level management. Talented and intelligent co-workers. Company is profitable so not worried about getting paid.
Cons
Salary levels are vey low. As in are you kidding me low.... Team is spread around the world so work flow can be inefficient. Not allot of room for growth. It's an international company so we only get paid once a month.
