      Pros

      Autonomous and good training ground on your emotion.

      Cons

      a. Fire fight every day. b. No ownership, very lost with chief requirement, no planning but on demand. c. Too focus on kpi but lose views on operations. d. People are very demoralized, no rewards or recognition for my hard work, monies only to people who talks the same language with them.

      Pros

      There wasn’t much of anything that I could say about the place that was positive.

      Cons

      I found the work environment to be quite toxic, characterized by a hire-and-fire culture. The leadership style focused heavily on negative reinforcement, with little to no encouragement or reward for good work. Employee morale was generally low, and many were actively seeking new opportunities. Overall, I would not recommend this place for career growth.

      They don't value your worth, They think that all employees are dispensable anytime. No JOB Security.If the department head don't like you personnally, they will kick you out without due process.
