Pros
High-quality VFX work with a sensable turn around time. Small studio feel with a big-budget pipeline. A real studio effort to keep you from having to do any overtime. Great pay with yearly review raises. Full-time benefits with some offered to part-time. Positive environment.
Cons
The office is still tempory but a permanent one in under construction. Sometimes more work falls onto your shoulders because of others mishandling.
