Pros
Very energetic and engaging company and culture, the people are amazing. If you thrive in a fast paced environment and are willing to put in the work you can make movement fast.
Cons
Movement really depends on your manager. Some of them are very focused on building themselves rather then building up the team around them. There was a bit of a boys club mentality, that was getting better, but still very much there. Employees crossed the line of profesionallism often.
