Pros
The medical, dental, vision, prescription and prepaid medical benefits are very affordable. The 401k matching that DCS Corp does is great and the ESOP is great. The DSC University provides plenty of opportunity for training
Cons
At times, there does not appear to be much potential for movement up the corporate ladder. The requirements (training, time in current position) seem somewhat vague.
