Pros
- Open space work environment - Web-Based Learning is really good - Everything is in the internet so you can use the office wifi to connect your laptop, move around the office and yet still be able to access almost everything you need. - You can dress smart casual (no tee shirt of course) - Lots to learn especially if you come from local bank with little to no global banking exposure. - Really great employee benefit.They do really take care of their employee.
Cons
- Silo interaction between department. - Layers of regulation within and between department can be very confusing and feels disconnected. - All the data you need are in the system but you need to access them one by one and interpret them manually just to produce one report, which make a simple work become more frustrating than it should be. - Too many chains of process which greatly slowdown the process.
