let me start by saying that you got to beware of the five star reviews.. looks like HR is working too hard on improving the image of the company. but people like us and many more ( genuine reviews below) know the reality. i got driven into Hack to hire which landed me to C2E and now I see the bad reality of people. it is a good company which has bad leaders. HR is no use. I think HR needs to take training first then organize training for us. They are doing only one thing - flattering the senior leader so that they can get promoted ( which hapens always) this company doesnt derseve good people. when few people speak up against the wrong things, they get thrown out. I know such people who are suffering. Mr Mohit Kapoor who was good and modest is also leaving and now we will have more control from SG and these random C2E leaders who have no values or humbleness at all.
