Very flexible with work in general, fast based environment. Product focused company, could learn a lot in short span of time. Senior management often have a say on what needs to be next big initiatives that should be focused on.
Cons
Employee churn reduction needs an eye. Stock options are not available, which could help quite a lot for employee motivation to plan long term.
