Amazing team members, strong mission, customers really like D2L.
Cons
Managers - some are fantastic (they know who they are), others haven't taken a leadership course even once and it shows. Those same managers hold no weight when their team members take on extra projects, complete courses for PD and mentor others. These accomplishments are actively ignored. No KPI's, just hit your number. No meaninful coaching, no acknowledgement of growth or going out of your way for someone. Absolutely there are favourites that get the best accounts and if you don't make your number, even once you feel that you are being de-valued and have no voice.
