4yD+R International values all employees and all opinions and we’re sorry your experience with our company has not been positive. It is never our intention to be dishonest with our employees. Historically we have given all employees both a cost of living increase and merit increases every year. It was unfortunate that in 2021 merit increases were delayed several months but we’re fortunate to have been able to award them in May. It is our hope to be able to continue to maintain this pay philosophy while also working hard with our BD team to secure new work and new opportunities. We encourage all staff to discuss their concerns with their manager or anyone on the leadership team so we can work together to improve your time with us.
