Business outlook

Pros

You have the option to work completely remote. There is also flexibility with work where you're trusted to get work done and it doesn't matter when you do it. For the most part, we a few exceptions, people at D+R are great.

Cons

The pay is laughable and no where near market value. With that, the company can't retain any talent. People are leaving en masse with management offering bread crumbs to try and keep people. The work isn't rewarding either. An overwhelming number projects at the company are tedious and boring. With all the departures, there's a large increase in workload. Don't expect to get compensated for taking on new responsibilities either.

Since 2017, we have gone through two comprehensive salary benchmarking processes to ensure our salaries are at market value. Our goal is for our salaries to be at least at the 50th percentile and when they aren’t, in most cases we are able to make the appropriate adjustments. We are working hard with our BD team to secure new work and new opportunities. We encourage all staff to discuss their concerns with their manager or anyone on the leadership team so we can work together to improve your time with us.
