4yD+R International values all employees and all opinions and we’re sorry your experience with our company has not been positive. Since 2017, we have gone through two comprehensive salary benchmarking processes to ensure our salaries are at market value. Our goal is for our salaries to be at least at the 50th percentile and when they aren’t, in most cases we are able to make the appropriate adjustments. We are working hard with our BD team to secure new work and new opportunities. We encourage all staff to discuss their concerns with their manager or anyone on the leadership team so we can work together to improve your time with us.
