      Pros

      Rapid growth and manufacturing intelligence I have never seen before. I can honestly say that out of the 20 + years that i have been in manufacturing I have never seen some of the most complex parts be made in the most minimal amount of time. I worked with some of the smartest operators ever. The owner had a lot of trust in his team and we were free to throw our ideas in to get the job done.

      With growth comes growing pains.

      Pros

      Easy job, low pressure. So-so benefits like insurance and healthcare. End of year bonus is decent usually so long as you haven't gotten on the owner's bad side.

      Cons

      Owner doesn't care about employees, culture of distrust. Promises are made with have no intentions of keeping them. Outdated computer systems, unfair and unequal compensation. Culture of kicking the can down the road, orders with customers are late with no plans for improvement.
