Easy job, low pressure. So-so benefits like insurance and healthcare. End of year bonus is decent usually so long as you haven't gotten on the owner's bad side.
Cons
Owner doesn't care about employees, culture of distrust. Promises are made with have no intentions of keeping them. Outdated computer systems, unfair and unequal compensation. Culture of kicking the can down the road, orders with customers are late with no plans for improvement.
The owner treats his management team as if he owned them. It is really sick. He will call you on your off team, late at night, trying to figure out why his company is falling. The company has trouble recruiting talent and/or keeping talent. Super high turnover.
