There is not high level strategy at the organizational level leading to operational overlap, conflict and silos. The teams seem extremely comfortable embracing the silos and managers are having turf wars daily to define their scope. Work life balance is non-existent, especially if you are not in Israel. People regularly work all hours of the day and when they are sick or on PTO. Do not accept a job here if you are in PST unless you enjoy starting your day at 5-6am.
